A public awareness program
organized by the AKP Homoeopathic Clinical Research Center in
association with Lions Club Vadapalani at Kalaivanar Arrangam
on 11th February 2007. The Chief Electoral officer Shri Naresh
Gupta inaugurated the public Awareness program Dr.I.Swarnamariammal,
Joint Director, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy
presided over the function. Mr.K.Devarajan, Joint Director, Directorate
of School Education and S.R.Rajendran, Deputy Planner CMDA offered
felicitation. Lion Balakrishnan , the chatter president Vadapalani
Lions club and Madavaraj former Deputy Commissioner of Police
also participated
Dr.R.Gnanasambandam
presented his speech on Hair and its associated problems Hirsutism,
PCOD, Thyroid Disorders and Hypogonadism. He also explained the
application of similimum and dynamism on Psoriasis,Vitiligo, Myotonic
Dystrophy, proliferative pathologies and infertility in relation
with male and female. Dr.P.Mukundan spoke on Allergy in relation
with respiration and skin. He illustrated with various disorders
with slides on Eczema, psoriasis, warts and Acne vulgaris. Dr.P.V.Venkataraman
presented an attractive speech on arthritis and neurological problems.
He illustrated with examples on Homoeopathic cures and merits.
Dr.M.Saraswathy presented on woman’s illness. Fibroadenosis,
fibroids,Mentrual irregularities were discussed
This public awareness program
was registered by 470 and attended by 650 delegates. Mrs Senthil
Vadivu welcomed the gathering and Dr. Anuradha proposed vote of
thanks. Dr.Monolisa performed Master of ceremony. Mr Madavaraj,
former Deputy commissioner of police distributed mementos to them.
