This patient suffered from severe itching and lesions all over. It initially started from his buttock, back and spread all over. He consulted a dermatologist who prescribed medicines and diagnosed, the treatment continued for more than a month. Meanwhile he developed puffiness of his face and the lower eyelids were puffed up. The doctor asked to do the blood and urine test. After all this he told that it is a complication of impetigo and acute renal failure has started. Then the patient approached me for treatment.
