Pimples respond well to homoeopathic treatment. We study the constitution of the patient. The suitable remedy will regulate the hormonal imbalance, the basic causative factor of the pimples. Generally I don't recommend creams in active lesions, because they never cure the condition and also clog those holes of the sebaceous glands. The duration varies according to the intensity of the disease. I have experienced in many cases the response starts within a month. Sometimes the lesions become aggressive, which requires frequent follow up.

              Normally the pimples like prickly heat will vanish after three to four years. They do not require treatment at all. Our body will regulate it. The aggressive lesions, prolonged eruptions with plenty of pustules need medical care. The attention is needed to avoid the complications such as scaring, pitting and the discoloration. I have treated many cases with great success rate. I found most of the lesions in young girls often associated with Polycystic ovarian disease.
