This pain is due to compression of nerve in the back of the hip. The pain radiates from hip and then to thighs and heels. The compression may be due to mild disc lesion, some inflammation and trauma. Heel pain is very common now-a-days. The most possible reasons are sprain and bursites. Sprain is an extra bony growth and bursites is inflammation of ligaments. I have successfully treated many cases with such ailments.
