In 1993 when I was working under Siva ENT Hospital. One of my patient brought her friend for irregular periods. I studied her and went through the previous results where she had treatment before. They had twelve years of wedded life and even then she was not able to give birth to a child and it was natural she was anxious to conceive.   It was observed that she was having retroverted uterus and also bilateral polycystic ovaries. Her husband‘s seminal analysis was good.
 
               I treated her for more than a year. One fine day she called me up. I was delighted to hear and share her happiness that Grave index for pregnancy was positive.  She was residing far away from my place. After few years she brought her son to my chamber and greeted me with her son.
 
               Treatment of infertility needs co-operation of the patient. There are numerous complex factors involve in the treatment. I happened to treat many cases of different categories. Some reveal thankfulness after conceiving and some do not. I come to know only when there is a referral from them after few years.  It is quite natural as the in-laws would restrict them from taking unnecessary strain.
