PCOD

               This is my first case on Polycystic ovarian disease. I had never experienced this before. I happened to attend this case while treating her for chronic Headache. I watched her face as it showed tiny hairs over the upper lips and beard area. Then I sent her for blood study to rule out serum testosterone, which could be the cause. The reading was 260 ng/ml. Normally it do not exceeds more than 90 ng in a female. Thyroid functions were normal so I wanted to rule out her pathology thoroughly. Ultimately proceeded to a normal sonogram and an MRI because her mother was operated for her brain tumour at the age of twenty-three. The results of imaging studies revealed Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries. The other findings were normal.

               I studied her mind, physical symptoms and prescribed a remedy for fifteen days and the treatment continued. Then a causal check up on blood was made and which studied very normal. Really I was surprised! Then immediately I sent her for an Ultra sonogram which studied normal bilateral ovaries. One day she reported me as she was holding regular periods which was irregular before.

               This wonderful cure gave me additional boost in treatment of variety of cysts and tumours. I have been successful in many such cases.

I was suffering from irregular periods, hair growth over my chin, legs and arms. I consulted doctor for my unwanted hair growth. I was advised to take a blood test and a scan. Doctor told that I have cyst in both the ovaries so the hormones are also elevated. I was very much depressed. I had treatment for about three months. I was so anxious about my problem that I had another blood test done to check my hormonal level and then a scan. I felt wonderful when I saw my results, as my ovaries were normal in size on both sides and drastically the hormonal count also was brought down. Meanwhile I did facial for my facial hair growth, as it was not totally cured. Doctor advised me to continue the same medicines for some more months. I observed a gradual reduce in my unwanted hair growth. There was a time I used to have my facial done once in every fifteen days but now I do it only once in a month.
