A 29 years unmarried girl was brought to me for Hirsutism. Ultra sonogram of pelvis showed sub serous fibroid sized about 1.8 x 1.6 cms and the uterus was bulky. during treatment I asked her to undergo a scan after six months for review. There was no such mass seen in the scan and the uterus was also of normal size.
