TSH level was 7.7 u IU/ml…. Hypothyroid status from 1996

TSH level is 4.6 u IU/ml borderline status with good improvement now
The patient also suffered from Polycystic ovarian disease.
A girl aged 21 years consulted me for her severe headache. Her vision was corrected with spectacles. But the pain persisted and had been diagnostically labeled as Migraine. She was with mild obese and scanty periods. She gave me the history of complaints as she had been put on with Eltroxin regularly. I went through her investigations and found hypothyroid and the scan reports revealed Polycystic ovaries. My prescription was based on the inner pathology of the illness. After few months she was better with headache and regular periods started. Then I asked her to get her blood test done for thyroid profile that studied normal.
